Performance training utilizes common movement patterns and sports specific movement patterns to train athletes of all skill levels. Our trainers use the initial evaluation of all our athletes to determine an appropriate starting point for each individual. Performance training programs are designed to teach each athlete proper movement mechanics to optimize their workouts in and out of the weight room while increasing speed, agility, strength and power.
